A full clean of our apartments, villas and cottages are organised on a weekly basis.

Bathroom towels and bed linen are changed on a weekly basis.

The properties are immaculately maintained and therefore your assistance in keeping them very clean and pleasant places to relax is asked for.

By placing a reservation you are entering into a contract bound by the following terms:

Booking Conditions

A reservation will be provisionally held for 48 hours.

A 50% deposit is payable to secure accommodation following that time.

Payment in full must be completed 4 weeks before departure date.

Cancellation conditions are 12 weeks or more notice is eligible for a full refund, less than 4 weeks notice may not be afforded a refund.

Key codes and information sheets will be sent by email 4 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Accommodation will be available after 2pm on the date of arrival. On date of departure the property should normally be vacated by 10.30am.

We do not take responsibility for any loss, injury or accident whether personal or otherwise suffered whilst in residence at these properties. It is recommended that adequate travel insurance is obtained prior to your departure.

Circumstances Beyond Our Control

If war or terrorist activity, industrial action (threatened or actual), civil unrest, closure of ports or airports, the delay or cancellation of international flights, domestic flights, ferries or other transportation or any other events or circumstances outside our control either delays or extends the holiday or causes or results in a change in the holiday itself, we will not be liable to you (or to members of your party) nor will any compensation be payable.

Smoking

Please restrict this to outside areas as a courtesy to other guests.

Escape Villas reserve the right to refuse or cancel reservations for single sex groups.
