Corralejo Golf Course was officially opened on the 8th June 2009 to the celebration of visitor and local alike. The 9 hole par 3 course is an absolute delight to both visit and play. Set on the high ground behind Corralejo town, this is the perfect place to practice your short game free from any weather concerns throughout the year. The complexity of the design is sufficiently testing for the most competitive of players and yet equally inviting for the novice. The whole of the course is immaculately maintained and even if you have never played a stroke in your life, to walk around the course in the sun is a sheer joy. A beautiful fresh water lake sits at the hub of the Corralejo Golf Course and at the 9th hole there is the additional pleasure of clear views across the Natural Park to the shimmering sand dunes and ocean beyond.
Golf club hire is available at the small clubhouse and there are practice areas to perfect your putting in front of the clubhouse terrace. One of the attractions of Corralejo Golf Course is everything is so accessible and you are never too far away from a refreshing drink.
If you fancy some local competition, on Sunday and Thursday mornings for a small fee, you can team up with local Golf Society members to show them just how the course should be played!
Many of these local players work in Corralejo and will happily pass on recommendations about the best restaurants or the cheapest beer.
