Booking Information and Rental Fees

The rental includes all of the following, there are no hidden charges:

Electric powered heating for pool from mid October to mid May 26 - 29 degrees C typical
Electricity
Water (electrically heated in kitchen and bathrooms)
Sky TV (Sky Sports One and Sky Family at Casa Mango)
Library of DVD films, Internet Access with Wifi at Casa Mango or a roaming dongle for your netbook or personal laptop on request at Casa Luka
Bed linen and towels for 2 at Casa Chloe, 4 at Casa Luka and 6 at Casa Mango. Beach towels are provided at Casa Chloe and Casa Luka only at this current time.
Use of washing machine and dishwasher at Casa Luka and Mango. Use of washing machine at Casa Chloe. Use of travel cot, high chair or folding bed for an infant or child by prior arrangement
Iron and ironing board
Hairdryer, pool side shower
Security safe, smoke detectors and fire extinguishers
24 hr contact number, up to date 'guest book' for all client feedback

Pool cleaning is given a very high priority at our villas and every one is given a twice weekly thorough clean to maintain them at optimum clarity. We have a long association with JK Pool Cleaning SL that we employ to deliver this service and they are one of the few cleaning companies that are fully licensed and qualified to perform this important task

Welcome packs are available for each reservation for an additional £20 per party

These packs consist of 5 litres of bottled water, 1 litre of milk, 1 bottle of dry white wine, 1 bottle of dry red wine, UK branded sliced white loaf, tea, coffee, sugar, marmalade and jam in sachets, tub of spread, large pack of crisps and several slices of UK style cheese and ham

We typically reply to enquiries the same day but occasionally our response may be sent to your junk mail box folder - depending on your personal settings. If we haven't replied within 12 hours simply check that folder to eliminate this possibility

Reservations for villas are taken from Wednesday to Wednesday for most of the year

During the period 1st December to 1st March (excluding Christmas and New Year) flying/ changeover days are more flexible and Saturday changeovers are welcome

Client privacy is paramount and Escapevillas will not pass on e mail addresses to other parties

Please note that there are very real savings to be made on restricted commission and advertising costs, and it is for this reason our villa holidays are unbeatable value for this standard of accommodation in these prime spots. Overheads for these properties are relatively consistent every week of the year, so no attempt is made to hike up peak rental periods to cover flatter periods. In other words, the lowest sustainable weekly price is quoted. It is our experience that this strategy actually encourages clients to rent properties for longer periods of time. Additionally this offsets higher flight prices charged by the airlines during school breaks
